About The Beach House
The Beach House at 100 Steps to the Beach is a beachfront holiday home in Point Roadknight, Anglesea — five queen bedrooms, sleeping 10.
Set on a quiet no-through road just off the Great Ocean Road, it's literally 100 steps from the front door to the sand. Ideal for families and friend groups after a proper Surf Coast escape, with a plunge pool, spa and a Falcon oven waiting for them.
The bush meets the beach here. Walk the Surf Coast Track, wander up to a great café, swim, or just sit back and have this stretch of sand to yourself. Multiple lounge areas and north-facing windows give the house a relaxed, easy feel.
Three separate living areas mean there's loads of room to spread out. The backyard has zones for everything — a spa and plunge pool, a lawn, a decked area for lounging, and a dining table for a lazy lunch.
Built in the 1980s, the house reveals itself slowly: unassuming from the street, then a different world once you step inside. Bright, light and breezy, with airflow that keeps it cool through summer.
